Technical Support

Xograph Healthcare's Technical Support Services ensure that your Medical Imaging Equipment is fully operational at all times.

Xograph's Technical Support Department was established with the concept of providing regular specialised support when and where it is needed. Our support is subject to customer contract type – routine technical support is provided from 08:30 to 17:30 hrs Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.  Our Service Engineers are available to attend call-outs and give telephone support from 08:00 to 18:00 hrs.

Xograph is an extension of your team:

Xograph employs a nationwide base of engineers, enabling fast, efficient and appropriate response to requests for technical support. Just one call to our dedicated service co-ordinators will ensure that a local, qualified engineer will be with you in rapid time, with all the essential spare parts and diagnostic tools.
Xograph staff are highly trained to assess any problem in an instant. Whenever possible rectification action will be taken immediately on-site. If the equipment needs further spares or on-going work the technical support team will do all it can to make the process as streamlined and hassle-free as possible.

Xograph is dedicated to building and maintaining friendly and caring partnerships. The installation of a system is considered the beginning of a lifetime of support, not the end of a sale.

Our "one-call" policy will ensure you spend the minimum of time obtaining support, enabling you to get the information and technical advice you need.

Long after warranty periods have passed, you will also find a level of clinical training and consultancy unheard of in the industry. Best of all, for equipment under comprehensive contract it is usually free.

We recognise that many customers have in-house teams for first line maintenance, some with radiology experience and some without, we will support in-house teams in gaining the necessary knowledge to offer first line in-house maintenance for systems we have supplied and see partnership agreements as a vital part of meeting customer needs. In-house engineer training can be simple onsite system familiarisation through to in-depth factory level training. With appropriately trained engineers, shared responsibility maintenance contracts are available representing true cost savings to the customer, whilst keeping the security of access to Xograph factory trained engineers who would step in to resolve more complex issues.
