Xtend Service Contracts

Xograph gives you the freedom to choose the exact degree of cover you really need. Our experienced technical support team can help to ensure you get the correct level of cover. If it needs upgrading, one call will sort it out.
Our Xtend range of support cover offers five plans to suit the majority of users' requirements, additionally we offer a bespoke contract service were we can produce maintenance contracts specifically customised to users requirements:

Xtend 1 - Preventative Maintenance

Xtend 1 offers unlimited telephone support direct to our team of experts and a planned preventative maintenance [PPM] programme designed to pre-empt any problems. Access to field service engineers during normal working hours at our discounted hourly rate and to discounted spare parts.

Xtend 2 - Preventative Maintenance & Breakdowns

As Xtend 1 plus unlimited breakdown visits to identify and resolve technical issues. Labour within normal working hours is included in this plan. Engineers will arrive on site with the appropriate spare parts as indicated by the nature of the fault and will advise of the applicable costs if necessary.

Xtend 3 - Comprehensive Maintenance

As Xtend 2 plus free of charge replacement parts*. We hold most parts in stock in our UK warehouse. Normal working hours labour charges associated with the fitting of all parts are covered within this contract.

Xtend 4 - First-line, In-house Maintenance

As Xtend 3, but with first line support and PPM visits by your existing in house engineers. Training is available from Xograph to enable your suitably qualified in-house staff to perform the first line and routine maintenance on the equipment. This contract offers substantial savings to hospitals with their own in-house engineers who can carry out routine servicing and first-line support. If a fault cannot be remedied and / or parts are needed, Xograph will supply additional support and replacement parts* within the contract price.

Xtend 5 - Fully Comprehensive Maintenance

This is the ultimate contract for worry free budgetary planning and delivers complete peace of mind, we even include vacuum devices and DR detectors. This unique contract can be taken out within the first two years of the systems' life and assures maximum up time and optimised risk management. There are flexible payment terms and you can also include 24/7 cover and remote N3 access where appropriate.

Xtend 6 - Tailor-made Maintenance Contracts

You choose exactly what you need and when you need it. A service co-ordinator will work alongside you to ensure everything is covered.
