Xograph staff are highly trained to assess a problem in an instant. Everything that can be done will be carried out there and then on-site. If the equipment needs further spares or on-going work the technical support team will do all it can to make the process as streamlined and hassle free as possible.
Once an equipment contract is confirmed, a team of clinical specialists will go through the order to double check that you are getting the system you need. Only then will it pass into the hands of our highly experienced and meticulous installation team.
